Correcte en snelke communicatie met Nicola, de rustige ligging. Er lagen broodjes klaar. Waterfkesjes in de frigo en koffie, wat we geapprecieerd hebben. De airco's werkten prima, want het was buiteb 34 graden de eerste dagen van obs verblijf. Het appartzment is heel rustig gelegen
Het terrasje was niet zo netjes, de inrit zou eebs moeten opgeruimd worden . We zouden ook aanraden om meer comfortabele stoelen te plaatsen

wow, nous avons déjeuné dehors chaque matin; le jardin est exceptionnel, et bien calme nous avons même discuté avec la voisine, très gentille! La situation de la location est exceptionnelle: à quelques mètres d'une rue marchande, et bien fréquentée, mais notre location est calme et silencieuse
quelques poignées de porte ont été ajustées, parce qu'elle tombaient!

Nicolò è stato gentilissimo permettendoci di arrivare in anticipo e lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario, facendoci cosi godere a pieno la città. Posizione perfetta, letti molto comodi e casa super calda. Sarà nuovamente la nostra scelta per la prossima volta a Bologna.

The only thing was the nice table outside for the rest nothing special
So for a huge house only one air conditioner A/C so was very hot inside specially in the kitchen area the cleaning wasn’t the best and for 3 people I just found only one toilet paper so I need to ask the guy for some more
