This is a top floor condo with soaring cathedral ceilings and some of the best views in the community. The cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room, sitting room and kitchen add a lot to the feeling of openness you get when you walk through the door. You will love the wide open views from your 3rd floor lanai overlooking the shimmering lake and the beautiful fairways of the Arthur Hills designed 27 hole golf course. This condo is conveniently located near the elevator and includes its own covered parking spot with a storage closet that includes a grocery cart, a cooler, and beach chairs for your use. The unit is only a 3min walk to the beautiful heated pool, hot tub and bath house and a short distance more to one Hardcourt tennis court and one Pickleball court. The community has plenty of activities including three additional clay tennis courts, bocci ball courts, and another swimming pool adjacent to the club house.
