Luxury 5-floor Unit with Ocean Views near Beach

Location

Wifi was advertised on the listing, but the property had no WiFi available

Bedrooms were amazing and over two levels - perfect for our large family. The rooftop is perfect for hot summer evenings. However it was cold and wet on our visit so it was disappointing not to be able to spend time on Level 5

Nothing to dislike

Overall, the apartment itself is quite nice. First of all, the location is great — just a few steps to the beach, and it’s very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The first floor is the garage, the second floor has three bedrooms, the third floor has a large master bedroom, the fourth floor is the kitchen and living room, and the fifth floor is the BBQ terrace. The cleanliness was average — acceptable but nothing impressive. However, the kitchen hygiene definitely needs improvement. We even saw a few bugs near the dishwasher.

What I was most dissatisfied with throughout the whole stay was the property management, the MadeComfy team. Their service felt very robotic and mechanical, like talking to a machine. It lacked warmth and was extremely rigid.

The place was fantastic, and the facilities available in the kitchen meant we could have some really great meals. We found it a bit hard to find at first but once we knew which building and how to get in it was very easy to get around with everything we wanted in close proximity.

The images when did not show the entrance or building, and the address given was not clear from google maps (it WAS the place on tyhe corner, but at time of booking the street view and maps show an empty block). We did have a very minor issue with the door controls responsiveness and a sticking door to hang out laundry. I would also suggest providing more dishwashing supplies, since we washed up every meal and used the dishwasher every night we ran out of supplies in 2 days (only 2 of each)
