The views were amazing. Great spot
It needs a little more updating. The front courtyard fencing aged & gardens need tidying. The new shutters were amazing but need to finish them for the main front sliding door. Also need a good pest treatment , a few cockroaches. Kitchen equipment a bit dated , need a few more nice touches.

Location but no sun and unit dark inside
Shower over bath. Cupboards and fridge not very clean inside. Toilet needs a good scrub.

The location is lovely. The beds were comfortable
- one laundry pod would have been helpful - we killed a total of 13 cockroaches in the kitchen several before any food was brought into the property. Putting in some cockroach motels may help. Luckily the cockroaches seemed to stay in the kitchen. - the shutters were a bit mouldy/dirty
