About this house rental
Enjoy an easy, stress-free visit to Durango, Colorado, with scenic lakes and mountain hikes just around the corner. This gorgeous newly renovated condo boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a private patio, and contemporary living space. Perfect for unwinding with your group after a day of outdoor fun. Only a short 20 minute drive to downtown Durango to visit our famous shops, restaurants, or the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge RR. 10 minutes to Purgatory Resort for some of the best skiing in SW Colorado!
A simply stunning condo with high ceilings and mountain views will welcome you into this spacious home. The living room features a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, large picture windows allowing tons of natural light into the space, a dining table perfect for feasting, and access to the furnished deck which includes an electric grill. Out on the deck, marvel at the views of the Front Range and appreciate the peace and quiet!
Note: Tamarron Resort offers a fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, assisted weights, and an indoor/outdoor pool with two indoor hot tubs. The men's and women's locker rooms have complimentary day lockers to use, a steam room, sauna, and showers. The resort charges a resort fee of $30/day which covers all guests in your party to use these amazing facilities. Staying in this unit also gives you access to the Valley Golf course. To play 18 holes, the cost is $185 with a cart. 9 holes is $115 with a cart.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but here are some things worth mentioning: I think the appliances (coffee maker in particular) could be updated. There also wasn't very much in the way of cooking pans/dishes (for those that like to cook). Our biggest issue was with the extremely soft beds-this might not be an issue for everyone but it was for us. Some of the information found in the condo should also be updated, specifically the check in instructions which indicate that there is an iPad for use when checking in-which there was not. We were also not able to use the fireplace because nowhere did it say how to use it. I ended up calling the property managers on the last couple of days of our trip and they were able to get us those instructions. Lastly, it is meant to be a pet free condo, yet pets have clearly stayed there as is evidenced by the pet dander that was on the furniture (which transferred onto our clothes). While these aren't huge issues, it is the reason why we didn't give 5 stars. Still a very nice condo in a great location.

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse in Durango! The house felt so comfortable with all the little extras like cozy throw blankets and beautiful decor. The location was perfect for spending your day on site at the pool or eating at the 3 walkable restaurants or to drive 20 minutes into Durango or 10 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort. Everything was very clean, as well. Definitely recommend staying here!
