Exquisite Links and Mountain Retreat (Pinecone #846) is a place to escape the hustle and bustle in this gorgeous townhome with modern mountain finishes and breathtaking views! Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is one of the largest condos at Tamarron and features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and large private deck. A perfect family retreat! Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
A comfortable family gathering space in our open concept floorplan allowing you to prepare and enjoy family meals, play games, relax and connect. The living area has a large sectional sofa and fireplace with flat screen TV, and a game table nearby. The living area is extended outside with an expansive deck and private views. The extra-large dining table can seat the whole family, and you will find everything you need in the kitchen - including toaster, blender and crockpot. A full bathroom is on this main level living area.
All three bedrooms and two more full bathrooms are upstairs. The tasteful Master Bedroom, with 1 King bed and 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds, also has a TV, private patio with seating, and so much natural light. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV, and the 3rd Guest Bedroom has a Full Bunk Bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom that also has a separate second vanity for ease of getting ready in the morning. A washer and dryer are on this level for your convenience. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

* This condo is set up for a 10-person max, with 6 being adults ~ kids only on bunk beds in master bedroom
* Main Bedroom - King Bed and 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds with TV and Ensuite Bath (sleeps 6 - 2nd Floor)
* 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV (2nd Floor)
* 3rd Bedroom - Full Size Bunk Bed (2nd Floor)
* (there is also a pack-n-play crib in the upstairs closet)
ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

My family traveled to Durango for a wedding. My entire family was there, so we rented a room in Tamarron Lodge and four condos in Pinecone. The accommodations were spacious and well equipped with amenities.

The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with all the cooking and dining requirements. There was ample basics for our stay, we did not need to buy any extras. Linens and towels were really good quality. There was enough space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The mattresses were firm and super comfortable.The only negative I would say was perhaps no one had been in recently after the last cleaning was done-so the guest bedroom had a lot of dust on the both the nighstands and in the bathroom too. Some of the light bulbs were also out. We did not want to call the Maintenance so we opted not to use one of the bedrooms.It would be nice for a Maintenance and Cleanliness check to be done a few days before guests arriving.We could have called Maintenance during our stay but decided it was not really a problem and we managed fine.The only other thing to look at maybe is perhaps providing a Space Heater for the Master Bedroom as it was cold and the heating was not effective. The guest room was quite warm so we closed the vents in the room and it was quite comfortable as the comforters and blankets provided were more than sufficient.We loved the house and would love to return again! Andi was super helpful. Though it would be nice to update the listing with the amenities-such as blender and toaster which are provided at the house and we were not sure before coming.
