Comfortable stay in a cozy room.

Comfortable & nicely designed room equipped with all the essentials. Very clean, possible to park just in front of the building. The location is quite convenient to go to the town, or Ninlingspo, also a few cafés & supermarkets. Recommend!

Beautiful room, very kind owners, excellent accommodation in a beautiful area

Everything was perfect. The room is nice, and well-equipped, Francois and his wife was very kind, Francois gave us a very nice local beer to try, and of course, we loved Boomer too. I can warmly offer this excellent accommodation, if you would like to stay in a beautiful environment, in a great room with kind and helpful owners, in a beautiful small village in Ardenes. And you will find some other picturesque villages around and many-many sights why it is a good idea to visit Belgium.

Cozy & great experience!

My partner & I really enjoyed our stay, this was our Valentine's trip and we fully recommended it to couples. The room had everything we needed to be able to have a continental breakfast (Dolce Gusto machine & mini-fridge, no kitchen). The room felt really cozy and the host (François) was really kind and nice to us. Also, the region is really beautiful with the waterfalls in the surroundings, plenty to do. It was so relaxing, I definitely recommend it!

Clean, new, comfy and stylish. A great base for walking or cycling

Super clean room with chic style. Recently renovated, everything was fresh, comfortable and functional. It's a great location to enjoy superb walking / hiking / biking or explore towns nearby (you will need a car). Very nice bathroom with huge shower and separate heater.

There is no kitchen (it was written in the description and we were hoping to be able to cook), but there is a fridge and coffee machine - with coffee included.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast worth the price and friendly hosts.

The room was spacious and well kept, very clean. Details were added such as cold water, fruit and a coffee machine as well as recommendations of hikes and trails nearby. Clean towels and simple check in process. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had and lucky enough with nice weather to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sun.

It would have been nice to have a bit later of a checkout maybe 11am (instead of 10am), but it was manageable.

Superb

Me and my friends stayed for five days in la chambre d'en haut. The owner was very friendly, the room was big and clean. So we were absolutely happy with our stay here. We shared the kitchen and garden with the owner, which was not a problem at all. The location was great, we could just walk out the house into the woods for a long hike and it was also close to the places we wanted to visit. We will definitely come back here some day to do the things we missed because of the floods.

Geweldig 4-daags verblijf gehad tijdens de carnavalsvakantie. Alles klopte.

Heerlijk ruime kamer, geweldig bed, fijne bank, warmte goed te regelen, geweldig ontbijt, prettige gastheer, aparte ruimte voor koffer en kledingkast (ideaal). Kamer smaakvol ingericht. Locatie gunstig gelegen. Voor herhaling vatbaar wat ons betreft.

De druk van de douche zou iets hoger mogen (als we dan toch iets moeten noemen).

Hoewel mijn verblijf over het algemeen aangenaam was, zijn er enkele punten van opbouwende kritiek.

Het meest bevredigende aspect van mijn verblijf bij La Chambre d'en Haut was de mogelijkheid om via de achtertuin rechtstreeks naar een bosrijke omgeving te wandelen. Daarnaast was het koffiezetapparaat met Dolce Gusto-capsules een leuk extraatje dat de ervaring aangenamer maakte. Helaas waren er enkele aspecten van mijn verblijf die minder positief waren. Ten eerste, de aanvankelijke koude in de kamer bij aankomst in de winter was niet ideaal. Het duurde even voordat de kamer opwarmde met slechts één elektrisch kacheltje. Ook was het teleurstellend dat honden niet werden toegelaten in de kamer, wat resulteerde in mijn eigen hond die in de auto moest slapen bij -8 graden. Daarnaast waren er geluidshinderproblemen door nachtelijke activiteiten van quadrijders en het geblaf van de eigenaar zijn hond, wat de nachtrust verstoorde. De toegang tot het terrein werd wat bemoeilijkt door het hellende sneeuwvlak, vooral dan voor voertuigen zonder winterbanden. Bovendien vond ik de overvloed aan kussens en dekens in de kamer persoonlijk eerder een hygiënisch uitdaging dan een positief element.
