The location of Hotel Orama-Matala was very good for visiting Matala. On site parking was an advantage, as parking in Matala was difficult. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying. The bed had a comfortable mattress and pillows.
The shower curtain was too short, so it was impossible not to soak the bathroom floor. The mattress was too large for the bed, so it was difficult to make the bed and keep the sheets tucked in.

Brilliant hosts, very comfy bed and easy walk to beach + great Taverna recommendation.

Fairly close to the beach, but still far enough away to not hear the crowds. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast is continental but also includes one hard boiled egg. Private parking. But plenty of space across the street in case it fills up.
Shower needs a little shelf for soap and shampoo. Hotel doesn’t provide soap or shampoo for the shower. Faucet in bathroom has extremely low water pressure. I stayed in the studio overlooking the pool.

From outside it looks realy nice,...
Room was small, beds were old, not comfortable, bathroom was also old,... nicely said, minimum standard, luckily we stayed only one night
