Very quiet location, and room was basic but very clean with modern bathroom and great shower. Short walk to main road, about 6 minutes walk to beach and centre of Matala. Would stay again, pool area nice and again quiet.
No breakfast or bar, but did not spoil my stay.

The location to the beach. The price. The coffee in the morning on the balcony. The place was really clean and that is always a positive experience .
The front door was difficult to lock and unlock. But not a big issue.

Owner was very nice and helpful in all matters. Breakfast was simple but very nice for the price.
Bed is quite hard. Bad that’s a very subjective opinion.

Continental breakfast is great! Beautiful pool and bar . Nice staff . Close walk to town from Hotel.
Beds need mattress toppers then it would be perfect. He said he is upgrading beds soon.
