Easy to walk from Termini train station and around property you can see a lot of historic sites. Walkable distance. Colosseo very close. Apartment clean and great for 3-4 people. Small kitchen with plates etc but usually we ate outside and plenty of choice.
Owner allowed us to stay a bit longer so it helped with flights.
Very friendly and responsive owner.
A bit of mould in the bathroom- not sure if this is a breakthrough for anyone but if someone is allergic I would like to be informed in advance. It’s very old building with fantastic wooden beams everywhere ( including the bathroom) so not possible to keep it without I reckon.

Muy limpio, cómodo y con una ubicación inmejorable. El sofá cama no es el de las fotos, es uno de apertura italiana que, aunque suena mucho, es cómodo. Es apto para 4 personas.
El baño es antiguo y tiene un problema de humedad, sin embargo, está limpio y te ponen elementos de aseo.

If you’re only looking for a good location and cleanliness, this apartment is perfect.
If you’re a traveler who only intends to sleep at the apartment and wants a central location, it will work just fine.
we had many issues with the Wi-Fi and the internet. I work remotely, and since the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, I had to go to a café and spend €30 just to stay there for the day. We messaged the host and he didn’t provide any solutions, which I don’t think is acceptable. Additionally, the heating didn’t work until the very last day.
