The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is perfect! The zocalo is right there. Its also extremely affordable.

There was no AC. There was only one fan and one wall plug in and one in the bathroom.

The location is perfect. They have a nice coffe break service. The clean is good.

The mattress are hard as a rock like really really hard. They don’t have a/c instead gave us a fan but really didn’t work since the room was so hot.

Basically no wifi service inside the rooms, only in the hallways and patio! Very inconvenient! The coffee was not very good!

It was fine... Atlixco is a wonerful Town full with tradición and great good

-The staff is willing to give a good service. -Well located. -Clean -nice old tradicional building.

-Not enough staff...reason why they may fail to assist a guest properly -Hot water is not always running. - I feel the hotel has to review its proceadures in order to provide an impecable service.

Clean room and bathroom. Good size. Comfortable bed.

Only 1 electric socket for the room. No hot water in the sink. Windows in the room didn’t close properly making it extremely noisy from street traffic. Overall, very noisy hotel both internally and externally. Not good if noise sensitive.

Que la habitación que nos dieron olía mucho a humedad al punto que no podías respirar porque te dolía la cabeza, después de estar discutiendo con la recepcionista nos cambiaron de habitación argumentaba que la que no olía feo era más cara, la verdad de un rato que estuve ahí al otro día amanecí enferma de la garganta, pero el servicio la verdad malísimo no volvería a este hotel.

Las instalaciones estaban dañadas, así fue con mi puerta, no había indicaciones de la señal de Internet y el cuarto muy pequeño.

La habitación para tres personas es reducida y muy calurosa, la puerta ventana que ve hacia la calle no cerraba completamente por lo que se filtra el ruido de autos y motos de la calle

La ubicación es buena y nos atendieron bien al llegar.

Teníamos que salir a las 7 am del alojamiento y no había ninguna persona del lugar para que recibiera la llave de la habitación, además de que la puerta para entrar y salir del hotel estaba cerrada con llave, estábamos encerradas, imposibilitadas para salir de lugar y no había ninguna persona además de nosotras que nos pudiera apoyar, les escribí y llamé al número que se supone es de la recepción y se escuchaba el teléfono en el hotel pero nadie contestaba. Aproximadamente a las 7:45 am se asomó una persona que vive ahí y fue a tocar a otro cuarto para que saliera alguien a abrir la puerta que estaba cerrada con candado. Retrasaron una hora nuestro itinerario, no se tomaron la molestia de disculparse, no dieron explicaciones, nunca volveremos a ese hotel, el ventilador de la habitación estaba descompuesto, encendía pero había que apuntarlo hacia arriba para que no se cayera y por lo tanto hacía mucho ruido, pero con el calor que se sentía en la habitación tuvimos que dejarlo prendido toda la noche. Fue una muy mala experiencia.

Comparten tu información con extorsionadores

Nada

Comparten tu nombre y número de teléfono para que te extorsionen. Te llaman por teléfono diciendo que son la administración del hotel para preguntarte si el personal de seguridad pasó a tu habitación a revisarla porque están buscando a un huésped con armas y drogas. Después te pasan con un comandante que te hace preguntas para “descartar” que tú no eres ese huésped y si no le respondes te dicen que son sicarios del cartel de Jalisco nueva generación. Colgué para no seguir escuchando tonterías.
