great location close to groenplaats and the city center

the place was in a horrible condition, black mold on the windows, walls full of humidity, the cooking hob glass broken and scattered and large questionable stains on the sofa... I left the property.. definitely do not recommend this is you are looking for a clean & relaxed getaway

Location is the highlight of this property.

- noise from the road - horrible furnishing - crumpled bedsheets and quilts which did not look or Smell clean. Bath towels extremely old and rough - the bathroom had a constant sewage smell after the first bath. - bedding was very old, no strength in the mattress or the cushions. It is equivalent to a student house furnishing. -pictures on booking are false advertising - had to wait for 45 mins at the key pickup location as there were so many people waiting to pick up their keys. This is a agency run housing location. No care for upkeep. Better take an apartment from Airbnb or a hotel room at the same price.

The location. The apartment was quite spacious.

There where no forks or spoons etc at the house. The mattress is not a good quality. There is a smell of the baths on the house not pleasant. The windows don't close well so there is a lot of noise from the street. Also the coffee machine was not working No TV set in the apartment. The elevator was not working properly.

Location was the best part about this apartment. The main dining/living room was nice

There is only one mirror in the entire apartment and for an aparment meant for a large group of people this is obviously a big flaw. The beds were really old and horrible were you sink in the middle of the mattress. There were mismatching bed sheets and towels which could easily be fixed to give a more nicer look.

Huge broken window in one bedroom which although was secure made people not want to sleep next to it in case it fell in. One bathroom had a very bad smell in it. Lots of things very slightly broken including the front door lock with screws falling out.

Nice except for the bugs

The location is accessible to Metro, bus and restaurant. It is located in the City Center. The place is with lift.

-One window has a crack that is a safety concern. -One toilet does not have a exhaust fan, -the main bath room can easily clogged (They fix it right away but we did not use it anymore since we are afraid it will clogged again) -Be careful of bed bugs on the sofa bed. - A functional kitchen will help. They don't have a kitchen knife - Cleanliness is a "4" from my wife perspective. All has been relayed to Luca and she promise to fixed things ASAP

Central, spacious and family friendly. Right next door to a convenience store and across the street from a large parking garage.

Decorations are either modern or sparse, by which to say, entirely absent. Something on the walls would make it much cosier!

Perfect

Perfect location, perfect hosts. The appartment was very nice, clean, with every equipment to cook or just take a coffee/tea in the morning. The terrace is great and big, the bathrooms are spacious and one of them has an italian shower, the beds are comfy and the living room is cosy. And the hosts are friendly and available, thanks for that !

L’emplacement est super Et l’appartement grand

C’était très sale ! On sent l’appartement d’investissement dans lequel les propriétaires ne mettent jamais les pieds : les murs , les fenêtres étc étaient vraiment sales alors que c’est grand et presque neuf mais juste un coup à la va-vite ds les salles de bains et cuisine … Dommage Sans parler de l’équipement de la cuisine qui n’a aucun lien avec le nombre de couchage (1 mini casserole, pas de Couteau, manque de verres …)

Het was heel koud in het appartement. Is niet te verwarmen met airco. De dekbedden waren dun. ‘‘s nachts heel koud gehad. De bedden zijn ook wel aan vervanging toe. Last van mijn rug. Het stonk naar riool in het appartement. Appartement was niet schoon. Voordeur klemde heel erg en de klink zat niet goed vast. We durfden de deur bijna niet dicht te trekken. Bang dat we de klink in onze handen zouden houden.

De locatie is ideaal, wel veel overlast. En party sporen bij aankomst.

Di appartement is niet voor gezinnen geschikt, meer voor studenten en jong volwassenen die de hele nacht in het appartement door feesten. Twee nachten met harde muziek tot 6 uur in de ochtend.

Er hing een rook geur in het appartement. Een kamer had geen licht verduistering/gordijnen. Waardoor een koppel geen volledige nachtrust heeft gehad. Aangezien het midden in het centrum is hoor je de hele stad. Het lijkt alsof het gebouw nog in verbouwing is.

De locatie van het appartement

De accomodatie is sterk verouderd. In eerste instantie dacht ik echt het appartement te huren van ene Lisa, maar deze organisatie is vele malen groter. Maar liefs 190 appartementen heeft deze organisatie. Het ophalen van de sleutel was al een ervaring op zich.. een druk en warm kantoor, met een 3 tal bureaus waar de ene naar de andere gast zijn sleutels op kwam halen. Het viel op dat er overal op tafel briefjes lagen over het verbod op het gebruik van lachgas. Dat gaf direct al een beeld van welke soort personen deze appartementen huren. De locatie van het appartement is goed. Direct in de binnenstad van Antwerpen. Echter is het appartement weinig comfortabel en uitgevoerd in hufterproof style. De bedden en matrassen zijn nodig aan vervanging toe eveneens als het gebruikte beddengoed en de kussens. Ook het sanitair stonk naar riool lucht. Overal is geprobeerd met goedkope IKEA gordijnen de ramen af te plakken, maar 1 slaapkamer had zelfs helemaal geen gordijn. De keuken is prima, alleen de kookplaat was kapot en was vervangen door een elecktrisch kooktoestel. De woonkamer had een 3 tal banken, die totaal niet comfortabel waren. Verder was er geen stofzuiger aanwezig waardoor we niet zelf even konden stofzuigen. Overal in het appartement stonden plastic planten om enige sfeer te brengen in het geheel. Het dakterras was niet bereikbaar omdat de sleutel naar het dakterras ontbrak. Ook de deur naar het appartement is niet echt een goed voordeur te noemen. De deur klemde enorm en de klink van diverse deuren liet los. De stad Antwerpen zelf heeft een hoop goed gemaakt, maar ik denk dat een gemiddeld hostel betere en meer hygiënische faciliteiten heeft. Het appartement heeft potentie, maar niet onder de hoede van deze organisatie.

Locatie is top, de rest wat minder

Locatie was top, midden in het centrum. Heel ruim appartement ook.

Personeel waar we de sleutel op moesten halen was niet heel vriendelijk. Appartement was niet hygiënisch, o.a. hele smerige matrassen. Kookplaat was gebroken, stond een losse elektrische kookplaat overheen. Toilet bleef doorlopen, 4 handdoeken terwijl we voor 5 personen geboekt hadden. Geen gordijn bij 1 van de slaapkamers. Mooi dakterras maar geen sleutel om de deur naar buiten te openen. Al met al nogal slordig.

Bij het koffiezetapparaat zat geen kan, dus geen koffie! In de afwasmachine zat geen rek, dus niet bruikbaar. Het appartement stonk naar rook! Vloeren waren smerig. Afzuigkap zit los, viel er uit!

Bedden te kort!!

De locatie was perfect!

Er waren te weinig bedden. 2/3 minder dan omschreven via booking.com en ook waren er minder bedden dan getoond op de foto's. Na contact met de host zou er een oplossing komen, deze belofte kwamen ze echter niet na. De eerste nacht dus onvoldoende slaapplekken. De volgende dag meerdere keren aan de telefoon met de host, blijkbaar ziet de host een hele dunner topper als twee slaapplekken en een normale 'zit'bank met brandgaten ook als 2 slaapplekken. Er kwamen dus geen extra slaapplekken, uiteindelijk genoodzaakt om een luchtbed te kopen. Ze kwamen wel een extra set beddengoed brengen na meerdere keren vragen.

de locatie van de appartement is top! je zit midden in de stad en dichtbij een tramhalte. er is binnen genoeg ruimte om te verblijven. fijn dat er een lift is.

de kookplaat was stuk waardoor we maar 2 kookplekken hadden. ook waren er niet bij alle ramen gordijnen waardoor het al heel vroeg licht was binnen. de intercom om de deur beneden te openen werkte ook niet altijd waardoor je naar beneden moest om de deur te openen.

De zeer centrale ligging: alle highlights van Antwerpen centrum binnen wandelafstand - veel ruimte in het appartement, een kleine badkamer voor elke slaapkamer - goed uitgeruste keuken

Ramen van het appartement konden niet of nauwelijks verduisterd worden - meubilair wat aan de labiele kant - geen geluidsisolatie, je moet geluk hebben dat de onderburen geen lawaaimakers zijn, de hall is een klankversterker - keuken zonder baatwasser (maar wel met afwasmateriaal)
