Ein wahres Juwel. Obwohl die Unterkunft etwas unterhalb der eigentlichen Villa liegt und früher das Posthaus war, fühlt man gleich den Glanz alter Zeiten. Die Räume und der dazugehörige Innenhof strahlen so viel Charm aus und man fühlt sich in die Zeit von 1900 zurück versetzt, als man begann die Villa als Sommerresidenz zu nutzten. Das Haus wurde aufwendig renoviert, viele historische Elemente wurden dabei erhalten und mit der modernen Architektur kombiniert. Man hat das Gefühl, dass jedes Möbelstück und Detail sorgfältig ausgewählt wurde. Vor allem die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, wie ich es noch nie in einem Ferienhaus gesehen habe. Hier kommen passionierte Hobbyköche voll auf ihre Kosten. Alles war sehr sauber und die Räume sehr hell. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen in den Bergen. Nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt beginnt eine der beliebtesten Motorradstrecken Sardienien. Hier gibt es viel unberührte Natur und atemberaubende Ausblicke. Wir haben es genossen, diese Strecke täglich zum Strand zu fahren. Besonders können wir den Strand Piscadeddus empfehlen. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt ist das historische Dorf. Hier gibt es zwar keine Geschäfte aber dafür viele historische Bauten und eine kleine Kirche. Einfach malerisch. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein kleines Cafe mit Kiosk. Hier kann man neben einer kleinen Auswahl an sardischen Gerichten, Eis und Getränke kaufen. Weil das Cafe schon abends schließt, ist aber mit keiner Lärmbelästigung zu rechnen. Wir haben es genossen, dass nebenan etwas Leben zu hören war. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr angenehm und eine Antwort erfolgt meist innerhalb weniger Minuten.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln! Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, logement confortable, Clim dans chaque pièce, parking pour voiture.
Petit resto bar en face typique accueillant et bon.
La route qui passe devant un peu bruyante (le bruit passe par la porte d’entrée). Mais celle est très peu utilisée la nuit, donc pas trop gênant.

The house was fantastic overall. The description and the pictures fit and we were very happy with the house and our stay. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any issues. He helped me acquire fire wood for the BBQ. You could tell that it had been recently renovated and everything seemed new. The AC worked well and there was one in each room. The property was also very clean and easy to get into with no fuss at all. Just arrive and open the key box and you are ready to go. If not for the kitchen appliances, we would have rated it a perfect 10!
My only real disappointment for the property were the appliances that they chose to equip the kitchen. The property was decorated and reformed with good taste, but for the kitchen had appliances by a very bad brand and it was reflected during our stay. The fridge had a hard time keeping things cold enough and by the end of our stay and a nice layer of frost in the freezer and some in the fridge. If you opened the door too many times or for too long, your beer would get a bit warmer.
The stove top had to be constantly reset via a breaker switch to get it to turn on. When it did stay on, it did a poor job at best. I would strongly urge management to invest in good quality appliances (Bosch etc.) and get rid of those Candy appliances (they are absolutely the worst). With all the great work done throughout the rest of the house, its a shame not to invest in quality appliances.
The oven, perhaps the worst of the three, was practically useless. 30-40 minutes to heat up and no reliable way to know what temperature it was at.

Casa fantástica con una amplia zona de terraza con barbacoa y muy agradable. Totalmente privada y la cama muy cómoda y limpia, las camas super confortables y el anfitrión un encanto.
Está en una carretera que te permite estar en medio de la zona sur para disfrutar tanto del sur, como del este y del oeste y cuando llegas a casa tienes la sensación de estar en medio de la naturaleza.
La casa es silenciosa y tranquila.
Muy cómodo poder dejar el coche dentro de la misma casa.
Por cierto, nos dejó un café buenísimo.
Nada, todo nos encantó.
