There is a front deck and a larger deck on the waterside. Both have outdoor dining options. There is an upper deck on waterside with full harbor views to Tuckernuck. There is an outdoor shower. Parking for 3 cars. Pets considered.

The house is charming and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has lovely views. There was a bit of difficulty with lack of soundproofing for those who are sensitive to early morning risers. Hope to rent again!

Cheryl provided the perfect accommodations for our stay. There were four of us including my wife daughter and son in law. The house was situated with a beautiful view. It was supplied with everything we needed to cook. It was beautifully appointed with lots of art, a lovely blue themed reflected in the china, pillows and other accessories appropriate to the island locale. There was enough space for each of us to have our privacy when needed for work or quiet. The house situated within walking distance of a couple of different beaches. Cheryl provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The house was appointed as if we had lived there for years with a comfort and quiet that provides a welcome counterpoint to the hustle of town. We loved our stay there and appreciated how accessible our host was for any questions we had. Highly recommend this lovely home
