3 bedroom 2 bath located in a quiet neighborhood close to Mackle Park, YMCA and library. Updated bathrooms and kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops. Inviting living room with 55” tv. Master with king size bed, large master bath with separate tub/shower and walk in closet. Queen beds in other two rooms. Newly remodeled heated salt water pool and spa just off the covered patio. Southwestern exposure, great for plenty of sun time during the day. Large green hedge surrounding the back yard, mostly private. Outdoor grill, outdoor lounging and pool floats. House is equipped with central vacuum and two car garage, as well as circular drive for ample parking. Lush tropical landscaping welcomes you to your home away from home.
A few things to note: No parties or gatherings more than 6 people including children 2 and older unless arranged with owners. As of 5/6/21 Quiet time begins at 8:00pm and could result in fines up to $5000 but after 11pm no warnings only fines are issued and all will be passed on to you. The AC is new as of April 21. The AC shuts off when the doors are opened for 2-3 minutes and could take up to 5 minutes to turn back on after the last door is closed. Keep in mind if you open another door during the 5 minutes the clock starts all over again. Also keep in mind that continuous opening and closing of the doors will cause the house to get warm. Lastly, WHEN SENDING AN INQUIRY, PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY IN THE PARTY, INCLUDING KIDS, IF YOU'VE BEEN TO MARCO BEFORE OR HOW YOU CAME ABOUT CHOOSING MARCO ISLAND FOR YOUR VACATION DESTINATION. This property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and lanai are fabulous. The home has everything you could ask for and it’s laid out perfectly for a family. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this home and I love that it’s right around the corner from Mackle Park. The owners are responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely home with pool and hot tub. Great location on the island. An easy drive to Publix grocery store, Farmer's Market and Beals. The beaches were beautiful. I recommend having dinner at the Sunset Grill for good food and lovely pictures of the sunset on the beach. Free parking if you get your ticket stamped at the restaurant. Walk or bicycle around Mackle Park nearby.

We loved this property. It was clean, well organized and absolutely beautiful. Especially loved the lanai, pool and hot tub. The house was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We were happy to book this property again next year.

This was a perfect home for our family vacation in Marco. The house is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The home is very comfortable, well-organized, and clean. The owners are very quick to respond to questions and checked in to ensure everything was going well for us. The pool was beautiful and the spa was perfect on that one cooler day we experienced. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future.
