WE PROVIDE ALL BEACH GEAR (CHAIRS-UMBRELLA-CART- 2 COOLERS-TOWELS,KIDS TOYS) , PICKLEBALL PADDLES AND BALLS, 2 BICYCLES,2 SETS OF GOLF CLUBS. EVERY ROOM HAS A SMART TV.
RENOVATED AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED 3 BEDROOM-2 BATH RANCH HOME A BLOCK FROM THE BEAUTIFUL MACKLE PARK, AND A SHORT DRIVE TO THE BEACH. THE VERY PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS WAS FINISHED IN APRIL 2023 WITH AN OVERSIZED HEATED SALTWATER POOL WITH HOT TUB,AND EXPANSIVE POOL DECK AND LANAI INCLUDING NEW TOP OF THE LINE PATIO AND DINING FURNITURE PLUS A GRILL AND TV. WE GUARANTEE THE POOL WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 86 DEGREES. THE HOT TUB WILL BE HEATED TO YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE. YARD IS PRIVATELY SECLUDED WITH TALL CLUSIA BUSH. THE INSIDE WAS RENOVATED AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED IN A COASTAL THEME TO PUT YOU IN THE MOOD FOR ISLAND LIFE HERE IN PARADISE. THE ENTIRE YARD IS ALL UNDER A SCREENED CAGE IN A PRIVATE YARD SETTING. EVERY ROOM HAS A TV (7 TOTAL)

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - WE ARE 1 BLOCK FROM THE BEAUTIFUL MACKLE PARK, WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY A WALK AROUND THE LAKE, FISHING, PLAYGROUND FOR THE KIDS, AND SPORTS INCLUDING VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL, SOCCER FIELDS, ETC. THE HOUSE IS ABOUT A MILE TO THE BEACH AND DOWNTOWN SHOPS AND DINING. WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS. NO PETS. IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR A SEXUAL OFFENDER OR SEXUAL PREDATOR TO OCCUPY.
NOTE - THERE IS A SECURITY CAMERA ON THE PORCH,DRIVEWAY, AND BOTH REAR CORNERS OF THE BACK FACING THE ENTRANCE GATES. YOU MAY COVER THE 2 IN THE BACK DURING YOUR STAY IF YOU WISH.
IF YOU NEED TO GET SOME WORK DONE THERE IS A PRIVATE OFFICE, AND THE WHOLE HOUSE HAS 1 GIG LIGHTNING FAST WIFI.
WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS OR ACCEPT PETS. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION FOR ANY PET SO DO NOT EVEN INQUIRE ABOUT BRINGING ONE.

Our host was welcoming and reached out to answer any questions before we arrived and checked in a couple of times while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was just as pictured, clean with all of the amenities we needed, we traveled light so appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the beach gear, towels, beach bags etc. The location was excellent - quiet, safe neighborhood with a quick easy drive to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Loved coming home in the evening and hanging out in the pool and hot tub.

Awesome house, well equipped, fully stocked, and very clean. Owner was excellent communicator and very attentive. Pool was perfect and hot tub was great. This is are 12th house rental on the island and by far the best experience to date. I would highly recommend this property.
