This cozy property is on a large corner location on Marco Island, Beautiful large screened-in patio with a blue sparkling pool. Three bedrooms and two full baths, only one block of Marco Island parks that offers a biking/walking path around a lake as well as a basketball court, volleyball court and plus children's playground and water splash pad. Located 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15 minutes biking distance.

Location is perfect! House was clean and comfortable, great communication with host! He went above and beyond! My kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Mackel Park! Will definitely be back against!

The house and neighborhood are both excellent! It has everything we need and more for our family vacation. Rene is very responsive and kind, would not hesitate to rent from him again! Love Marco Island peaceful vibes:)

This house was immaculately clean! And it had everything we could have possibly needed. If there was something that I thought I needed, i’d look and find it in the house. Beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, pool inflatables, bike tire air pump, basketball, soccer ball, etc, etc. Rene has thoughtfully stocked the house, taking into consideration all the things a visitor might need. The beds were comfortable.The pool was wonderful!The house is conveniently located right near a park with a playground, basketball courts and a soccer pitch, and being a family with young boys, we really appreciated that. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is a quick drive to the beach.In summary, it’s a great place. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks much, Rene!
