Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με σνακ, κρασί και αναψυκτικά χωρίς χρέωση. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία.
Τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετα. Το κλιματιστικό βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι και δεν καλύπτει με την ίδια ένταση το δωμάτιο οπότε χρειάζεται ανεμιστήρας που και αυτός κάνει θόρυβο. Δεν έχει θέα το δωμάτιο αφού πρακτικά είναι υπόγειο.
