Melian Roots Apartment

The location was very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to the main bus stop and shops. The apartment size was generous and immaculately cleaned. The snacks and water supplies were abundant and overly. Above all the hosts were attentive, warm and generous.

We loved the apartment and all of the food was amazing. We even had homemade watermelon pie left for us to enjoy. Nic was amazing and always so helpful and ensured we were well looked after.

Beautiful apartment with the best stocked kitchen and extras to use like breakfast items, drinks and sweets to use complimentary. Nice coffee machine and lots of pods, fresh milk also (maybe just missing a microwave). The bathroom was compact but very well refurbished (even include complimentary toiletries & ladies sanitary products), beds were comfortable and location (after initial visit) was excellent and easy 10 min stroll into town and port area, though some steps. Nikolaos was an excellent host and did something that I think every host should do and provided a very detailed spiel of recommended activities, places to visit in Milos, favourite restaurants and local foods to try, which was excellent information. He was also very quick and responsive with and questions we had.

Initial location was slightly unclear on how to navigate to and we couldn’t find the apartment within Google maps, but Nikolas had provided two maps, one for walking, one for driving, but without street names. Even our taxi driver had to call (10 euro for anywhere in Adamantas). If walking, there are at least 50 stairs to navigate with cases…just head for the church
