The location was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the marina. It was newly refurbished and clean.
The bed was a bit 'springy', could benefit from a modern mattress. The room was incredibly warm and the fan just made a lot of noise and didn't really create air movement. The shower wasn't very powerful. The tea and coffee were the cheapest they could find, really gross, couldn't drink it.

The parking, someone has blocked the entrance up on the world Cup day so couldn't get car into car park even though there was spaces from the pub opposite
