Check in was easy.Everything was tip top and very clean ,For future guests maybe a microwave sometimes when you are away for work or pleasure you don’t want to cook and a micro meal is easy. Also an outside table would be nice.

Ideal, a base in Tiptree for myself, partner & my mother to visit friends & family. She had her own bathroom with a bath & we were ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms are however small but beds comfortable. Kitchen is not yet what I would call well equipped more like minimally. We did know there wasn't a microwave but one would be very useful. Little things like, no coat hooks or bedside lights in one of the bedrooms led us to believe that someone hadn't lived here to find out some of the flaws. Although white/cream decor including the carpets was lovely, again not practical. Ouside space again nice but one canvas chair was all there was to sit on.Plenty of parking & a lovely quiet end of the estate.Would definitely use this house again.
