Lovely villa with lots of space and an excellent terrace, walking distance from San Teodoro centre. Really nice restaurant up the hill behind the villa (agriturismo) with amazing views. Need a car to get to more interesting beaches.
The tour around the villa at the start of the trip was a bit too long (with a lot of details about how to sort the rubbish!) when we just wanted to get settled. We were also asked to drive our rubbish to central San Teodoro at the end of the trip which felt like a bit of an ask.
