Brief Description of The House:
Enter the home on the ground level to a bright foyer with stone floors and immediately you will be greeted by views of the grotto pool and garden. Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find a beautifully decorated great room, with gourmet kitchen with bar seating for four, living room with sofa, and dining area that seats ten to twelve. On this level you can enjoy the large balcony on the side of the house featuring boho-style lounge seating and swing, or two balconies on the front of the house. This level has a half bathroom off of the kitchen with washer/dryer. This level also features a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The second floor features three bedrooms all with balconies. Bedroom 1 is a king master with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen guest bedroom with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a youth guest bedroom equipped with six twin bed bunks with en suite bathroom.
The top floor of this home features a master suite with marsh views, private sun deck, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
This home has parking for 3 cars with overflow parking within walking distance. (No garage access)
Overview of The Singleton Beach Community:
Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).
*There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.

Excellent property. It had everything we needed and the 13 minute walk to the beach was easy. The beach was nearly perfect and Chaplan Park was phenomenal. Overall, not only will be be back to Hilton Head with our family but we would stay at this home again. Thanks for providing the base for a wonderful time full of everlasting memories.

House was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. Property management was on site when we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend with a large group of friends and had such an amazing experience! The house was exactly as pictured - HUGE, clean, everything worked and the property manager was very responsive, going above & beyond to answer all our questions and make sure our stay was perfect! The house was located in a quiet, cute community that felt very safe and located centrally on the island making it easy to get around quickly to get to reservations/activities on time. The beach is within walking distance and we utilized the beach transportation shuttle provided, which ran often and was quick to come get us. The beach was beautiful and there was a beach bar (Coco's) you could walk to that had a large variety of great food and drinks! With a large group, it was really nice this property had big bathrooms in each room making it convenient for everyone to get ready at the same time. The backyard was a cozy garden oasis with a clean pool and plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc for our 13 person group and provided all the cooking tools needed to cook a nice meal. For most of us, this was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and if we ever get the chance to come back, we would stay at this property again! 10/10 would recommend for any large groups or family vacations looking to have an amazing time in HHI!

When planning our trip to HH we were looking for a house that would accommodate 3 families with several children 3 and under. A pool was the top of the list. Unfortunately the pool was disgusting the first 2 days and we couldn’t use it. The entire outdoor area looked so promising online but was pretty disgusting in person. The outdoor furniture obviously hadn’t been cleaned, the pool (once cleaned) was so cold none wanted to get in.
The dryer vent was broken and ruined several pieces of clothing. When mentioned to the manager, nothing was done.
The ice machine on the fridge didn’t work.
The walls and couch on main floor were dirty with stains.
The kitchen is NOT big enough for the house.
No garage access, so it made storing beach gear and strollers challenging.
The bedrooms were all nice sizes with nice size bathrooms.
I hate to complain but I wish I would have known these things prior to booking this property.
