About this house rental
Upon entering Family Tides you will immediately notice the bright and open plan and attention to detail. This beach side beauty features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main living space resides on the 1st level as well as the King Master Suite for easy access. The 'wall of sliders' offers beautiful pool and deck views along with sunsets to die for! The screened in back porch has a ceiling fan, great for cooling off after a long day at the beach! Not to mention the ocean views available from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedroom balconies! The open chefs kitchen design brings family and friends together for dining and entertaining, as well as a brand new range top stove. Brew up your morning cup of coffee in the Drip Coffee Maker. Pop a few bottles of wine in the wine cooler to cure those thirsty guests after a long day of sun and fun!
Mosey along to the 2nd level you'll find another King Suite with en-suite full bath. A unique built in bunk bedroom with extra long twins over queen beds, unique to vacation rentals! there were three floors and each of our adult family had their own privacy. Bedrooms were all comfortable except for the top floor which needed black out curtains as the morning sun did not allow for sleep after the sun rose. The home had everything we needed and was beyond our expectations. There were 2 washers and dryers which helped for our family of 8. The pool and lake view were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation home

Family Tides was everything we needed for our celebration. The home is set up beautifully and the amenities are top notch. Really enjoyed the separation of the "quiet pool" and "family pool" We look forward to vacationing at Cinnamon Beach again.

We had a great stay a Family Tides. The entire home, garage, and outdoor area were very clean and well cared for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We all had wonderful restful night sleeps. The kitchen had all we needed for the stay and more! The outdoor screened in patio area was a favorite spot for eating and playing cards and an afternoon nap as the summer rain storms rolled in. The garage had so many beach items to borrow-chairs, umbrella, cart, boogie boards, and balls. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes. We loved the location of the home-easy walk to the pool or beach. The beach was beautiful and the waves were just right. We all enjoyed our time at the beach. The pool area was also just right. With the pool umbrellas it was easy to the enjoy the pool all day long and not worry about the sun. We would definitely return!!
