Poseidon - 7 bdrm. 6.5 bath Big Summer Discounts

Beautiful house. Spectacular views. A few hiccups with water ( outside shower was left running… not us) Gas stove ran out and new tank needed but handled quickly by owner.

We normally rent a condo but this year decided to try beach house. We picked Poseidon and our kids raved about this choice. 4 adult children and spouses together with 11 grandchildren and we have concluded the following about this property: 1. The owner, Mark, chose well using Daniela as his property manager- she answered any inquiry quickly and efficiently. 2. 4 floors of bedrooms and bathrooms afforded every family privacy while we enjoyed time together3. The house has wear but it does not detract from the experience 4. The views are fantastic from every window5. Beach access was out the game room, across the back yard onto the boardwalk. You can see the beach from any of the three balcony’s as there is one on floors 2-46. Having a game room with teenagers was great!7. The kitchen attached to the main living room with panoramic views of the beach was awesome8. The master suite with panoramic views from the bed or sitting room was as great as you imagine when you are viewing the listing! 9. The beds and bedding! All adults raved about the quality of the mattresses and linens! 10. The stairs were easy to navigate and we got our steps in. The elevator was awesome for groceries and luggage!! Awesome!! We highly recommend Poseidon to anyone looking for an experience with family!! Great vacation!!

Huge house right on the ocean and in great proximity to the pools. With a house this size, maintenance is tough, but there was nothing that took away from our stay/experience. We loved our stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The location was amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous. The attention to detail was severely lacking. I have never owned a vacation rental property and can only imagine the wear and tear this must result in. However when I rent I expect a reasonable level of care and cleanliness and unfortunately this place fell short of that.
