About this house rental
Dunes2Dock is a newly constructed home that was built for vacations! Ocean & River Views. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Heated pool(extra fee) and hot tub. Private beach access just 400 ft from the house. Elevator! Walk outback past the pool to the private boat dock for some fishing or just sit on the bench and birdwatch. This property has plenty of privacy with 1.6 acres. We have a floating dock for launching 2 provided kayaks. Beautiful century old oak trees. This 3 story smart home has plenty of room for everyone. Great room has comfy seating for 10. The dining room table accommodates 8 plus seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. Downstairs there is a game room with an additional couch and TV, as well as pool table/air hockey. There are 4 balconies. On chilly nights enjoy one of the 2 fireplaces. The master suite has a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa(twin). His and her bathrooms, soaker tub, fireplace, covered balcony and panoramic views. Also on the 3rd floor is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa(twin). Bath room 2 has a tub/shower combo. There is a front balcony for enjoying ocean views as well as a loft with sitting area on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor of the home you will find the main living area, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and large deck/balcony. Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin over full bunk beds. Bath 4 is a tub shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of space for cooking. The first level of the home has a Game Room that doubles as Family Suite with twin over full sized bunk bed, pull out full sized sofa bed with additional separate enclosed bedroom with queen bed and full bath walk-in shower. All bedrooms have a walk-in closets.

Great house for an extended family vacation. 4 families comfortably stayed in the house. The dock was wonderful and proximity to the beach with a private entrance is unbeatable

This house was perfect for our two families with kids ranging from 3 to 15 years old—there was something for everyone. The kayaks were easy to access and the creek was beautiful. The pool was a big hit with both adults and kids, and there were plenty of pool and beach toys provided, so no need to bring any. A beach wagon and lots of sand toys for younger kids were especially handy. I’d recommend bringing some extra beach and pool towels if you have a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, plates, and silverware we needed, and having two refrigerators was a great bonus. The place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a 5-star stay from our group!Owners were very easy tomcoinicate with as well! Thank you!

We had a great time celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary!!! Ocean on one side, fishing the inter-coastal on the other side. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to cool down during the day or relax in at night! Communication was excellent with host. Definitely recommend this house!!!

Dunes2Dock is the ultimate beach getaway! Your own private beach is a five-minute walk outside the front door. The walkway out the back leads to a great dock where you can go fishing or paddle away on two provided kayaks. Our three-generation family ranging from 6 to 73 took advantage of all the above in addition to the pool, firepit for smores, game room, croquet on the lawn, enjoying the views from the multiple balconies, and movie night in the living room. We've vacationed together for the past thirteen years. This place topped them all! Thank you, Cathy, for the awesome memories your beach house provided us!
