Introducing Blue Pearl at Cinnamon Beach – a stunning oceanfront pool home with plenty of room for the entire family! This luxurious three-story home offers 5,000 square feet of comfortable living space, making it the perfect getaway.
The first floor is all about entertainment! It includes a spacious living room with TV, comfortable seating, great for movie nights. Gather around the bar, catch the game on the big screen, or play video games. Step outside through the sliding doors to your private pool and spa—relax on a lounge chair, take a dip, or listen to the nearby waves. There's also a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bathroom is also conveniently accessible from the pool and patio areas.
Head to the second floor using the elevator or stairs. This level showcases the other five bedrooms, including the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, oceanfront balcony, and spa-like master bath with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the adjacent King bed guest suite with its own balcony and en-suite. The remaining 3 guest suites feature queen beds. The oceanfront Queen Suite shares a Jack n Jill full bathroom with the other Queen Bedroom.
Third Floor:
The main living area on the third floor includes a beautiful gourmet kitchen with an island, breakfast bar, and top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for gathering. It features granite countertops, dual ovens, and everything you need for your stay. Dine in the oceanfront dining room with stunning views of the waves on the cinnamon-colored beach. Across from the dining area, is a den with fold out queen sofa bed, TV and a wet bar—ideal for kids and adults alike. This level also provides a queen sofa bed in the den.

Just arrived home from our June 2026 stay with our children and grandchildren … (6 adults and 4 children ). The house was wonderful and beautifully decorated. The living area is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to climb lots of stairs. Thank goodness for the elevator. It’s slow, but came in handy. Absolutely gorgeous location and neighborhood. The beach was fabulous! Here are a few observations:—There are several beach chairs and a cart, however some of the beach chairs are broken and in need of replacement. -Be prepared to arrive with essentials i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish/dishwasher soap, garbage bags, spices, etc. as only a small welcome kit is provided containing tiny soaps for the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a nice washer and dryer, but you’ll need supplies.-The kitchen wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was dried food spilled down the fronts of the cabinet doors that had clearly been there awhile. I had to pre-wash most of the pots and pans before I could use them as everything was greasy. Some of the cabinets are starting to show wear and tear. Great coffee pot/Keurig machine. Kitchen was very well equipped. -One of the bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain at all. The mgmt co promptly sent someone out to fix it. It was loaded with hair. There’s no way the cleaning crew didn’t notice the sink wouldn’t drain. Other than some cleanliness issue (which is a priority for me), this house and the location were wonderful.

This was the perfect house for our 3 families with kids! We had so much space, they had everything we could’ve needed and more, and the pool and beach access was amazing! We can’t wait to come back next year!
