This quiet end unit situated along the Blue River in Silverthorne has been recently renovated with new kitchen, carpeting and bathrooms. A private hot tub is also available for use in the back. It is located close to 6 world class ski resorts including Keystone, (12 min), Loveland, A-Basin (20), Copper (20 min), Vail (30 min) and Breckenridge (25 min).
This 3 floor property can comfortably sleep 8 adults and 2 children total (children on the pullout couch futon behind the garage) and features 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the top level, half bath on mid-level and 1 bedroom/1 bathroom on the first level behind the garage.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and a grill on the back deck. Washer and Dryer is located on the third level.
Conveniently located 90 minutes from Denver International Airport, the area has an abundance of hiking and biking trails nearby including a walking path right behind the property which leads to Rainbow Park, Silverthorne Recreation Center, Silverthorne Town Center, Public Library and Retail Outlets at Silverthorne.
Fly Fish in the Blue River or head across the street to the Raven Golf Club, a public golf course, in the summer. Groomed paths are available for cross country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter.
There is a convenient bus stop which is just a 90 second walk away. And if your forget anything - a Target is less than 5 minutes away.

This place worked great for 4 guys on a work trip in Summit County. The location made it easy on the main street (Hwy 9) in Silverthorne. Everything was provided and communication was clear and simple. I would stay again without hesitation.
