Excellent property in a beautiful area

The code to get into the door made it easier than utilizing a key every time. The development was very quiet. The pool was a good size and well maintained with chairs and umbrellas. The community room by the pool was very nice. The condo was very clean and well maintained.

The front gate code was incorrect in the message that came through Booking to my email. I was told to load the Dack app and when I looked on that I found the correct code and correct building. I didn't like having to use an app on top of emails through Booking.

Never Again

The location was great and it was a very quiet community. Everything was new. We wanted to stay in Townsend to avoid the crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so that was great.

I booked the room and immediately received an email asking me to read the community rules and to e-sign my agreement. I did it as soon as I received the email. Over the next two weeks, I received four more requests to e-sign the same document. I stopped clicking the link after the second email. annoying. The towels and bath cloths were as rough as sandpaper. We got in the until around 9pm, pulled the covers back on the bed and there was make-up all over one pillow and multiple long hairs on the sheets! You could tell that the bed was never stripped after the last guest left. We went to the guest bedroom only to find it dirtier than the master bed. The next morning we stripped the master bed and washed the sheets and put them in the dryer before we left for the day. We called and left a message about the dirty beds. We were in the mountains all day and I missed a call back from them. I listened to the message that evening and they wanted pictures so they could address it with cleaning crew. I sent pics of the guest bed that night. There was no offer made from them to give my a partial refund. I felt as if I had spent at least 1.5 hours making sure we could sleep on clean sheets for the remainder and the least they could do was offer me a $25-50 refund for my trouble. But no. Anyway, I've already booked a one week stay for next March in Townsend, but it sure wasn't with this outfit. Read the checkout instructions before booking. It instructs you to NOT STRIP THE BEDS BEFORE CHECK OUT! Wish I had known that before I booked.

Breakfast not included. The location was great.

Very confusing finding the room. Gated community. Took a couple of hours trying to find the condo we were staying and quite a few calls to booking.com to get everything straightened out.
