We had a wonderful time here. Very cute interior with everything you could think of in the kitchen! One of my sons was particularly obsessed with the popsickle molds and made about 20 in the few days we stayed. Very clean and well organized. This condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and stores in Townsend. We love this area and would definitely book with Jeanine and Rick again.

VRBO hosts thought of everything & our family wanted for nothing.Two spacious bedrooms with King size beds & private bathrooms(1 with walk in shower)definitely the primary reason we chose this VRBO. Property was spotless, & well equipped. Our son & daughter in law enjoyed the back patio & swimming pool during our short stay. 1st floor was perfect for my husband with limited mobility(easy walk from parking lot to home) Wished we were able to stay longer!! Peaceful area convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park & not far from Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We appreciated the hosts quick communication to any questions we had. If we return to this area again will definitely stay at this beautiful property!

This is our second stay and we were not disappointed. Jeanine and Ric are superb hosts and make sure you are comfortable. This, the location of the condo, the cleanliness, and the quality of furnishings make it a perfect home base for your mountain activities stay. The attention to detail with fall decor and thoughtfullness to give local pointers just set it over the top. We are grateful for such a great option when visiting the area.

This condo was a perfect base for our trip to the Smoky Mountains. After being in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it was nice to go back to this quiet retreat. Our family loved staying at your beautiful condo. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary smores basket and chips and salsa. The location of the condo was perfect. The location of this condo was the deciding factor for us. Minutes outside the National Park. After long days hiking in the park we were back and showered in no time and ready to grab dinner in Townsend. Exactly what we were looking for. The condo is probably the most comfortable place we've ever stayed outside of our own home. Fully stocked with ample supplies and numerous additional extras that were very nice. We had several conversations with the owner which were beyond helpful and friendly. We recommend this condo very highly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at your home. It was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. It was quiet and had adequate parking. The location, being in Townsend, was great for access to The Smoky Mountain National Park. And there are some nice restaurants right in town.

We stayed 6 nights here. It is about 30 Minutes from Pigeon Forge if you take Highway 321, which is the easiest route. The place was great, clean, and well stocked. The pool was perfect. They took all safety precautions, which I am a huge fan of. The Beds were very comfortable, and the condo was very clean. We will stay again, and definitely recommend this place. Be sure to go to the Chocolate Bar not far from here. Their chocolate is AMAZING!

We stayed here to take a bike trip in Cades Cove on no-vehicle Wednesday, and this location was perfect. Rick and Jeanine are wonderful hosts and their condo is perfect. Even the Keurig pods were divided into caffeinated and de-caffeinated. They didn't miss a trick. The location is quiet, secure, off the main road but with easy access to Townsend and the bike trail in town. Perfect for two couples or a small family.

I am originally from Blount county and we had to make a quick trip home last minute. We scrambled to find a place that we could stay with our two college aged kids. We were blown away by this rental— from the communication and helpfulness of the owners to the charm of the rental (it’s absolutely impeccable). We have rented many times with VRBO and many times in Townsend or Sevierville and this rental is now top of our list to check each time we come home. The owners are the most helpful VRBO owners we’ve ever worked with, and they went above and beyond to make our quick weekend home go smoothly! The actual rental is a perfect place for a family, and our college aged daughter kept commenting on how she could see herself decorating her own home in the same style one day. We found that the kitchen has the actual things you use in your own home. We’ve had many rentals where the kitchen had what someone clearly didn’t use in their own kitchen and it has been difficult to cook. Not here— every last detail has been considered. As parents of two college aged kids, we always try to cook at least breakfast when we travel to help save money. The kitchen here was wonderful, had everything we reached for, and all appliances work perfectly. The coffee bar area is better than what I have at home! The area is quiet and we didn’t hear anyone or anything at night, although there were cars at most of the other places and we saw people coming and going all day long. If you’re considering renting here, don’t wait— book now, you won’t be sorry!
