Well maintained four season vacation home ideal for entertaining with friends and/or family alike in the sought after gated community of Point Sebago Resort. Relax in one of our 3 bedrooms with newly purchased furniture, no fighting over bathroom space with our 2 full baths equipped with washer and dryer and feel at home in our kitchen which includes all major appliances (even a dishwasher!). Living room offers a gas fire place, 50" flat screen TV, 2 couches and a sitting chair. Kitchen table seats 8 very comfortably. Enjoy some laughs on the back deck which overlooks the firepit or kick your feet up out front on the oversized brand new deck. We are located steps away from the nationally acclaimed 18-hole championship golf course and a short golf cart ride to the beautiful Sebago Lake. Take a leisurely ride around the resort in our golf cart which is available for rent upon request. During the months of July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay. During those months the home is rented Saturday to Saturday.
ADDENDUM: Point Sebago has recently instituted a new guest registration fee of $10.00 per person per day to enjoy all of the amenities that the resort has to offer; and there are many amenities to check out!
