I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean with kitchen and coffee maker. The shared terrace has amazing views to Douro river and I was able to enjoy it until other guests arrived to the apartment. Free parking is available on the street. You also get a discount for the Douro tour if you book this place. Same guide from the tour checked me in and that was very nice.
The front door has very squeezy noise and could be fixed. Self check in also would be perfect.

Beautiful location and good value for money. Well appointed apartment and spacious within. Great view when sitting outside although limited view inside.
The check in was a bit 'last minute' and indifferent. There was no communication that I recall on the day in the time leading up to arrival time. The apartment is quite dark inside during the day and felt damp and could probably do with a dehumidifier. Shower environs seemed to get wet quickly, seal leak and shower could do with a slip mat.
