About this villa rental
Villa of 150m2 with enclosed landscaped garden of 400m2, quiet with a south-facing terrace (with awning), and a relaxing living room to the west: ideal for your holidays throughout the year with friends or family!
Right next to the beach of La Sauzaie (less than 200m away) accessible on foot by a pedestrian path (beach with supervised swimming in summer, surf spot, slipway for boats, fishing on foot at low tide, surfcasting).
The 60 m2 of living space on the first floor will offer you good times between living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (many appliances and Weber barbecue for the outside) which will allow you to cook as soon as you arrive (Vivier de la corniche 200m away and shops nearby).
Our 2 bedrooms on the first floor are next to a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath and a walk-in shower: ideal for people with little mobility (but not enough passage in the corridor and the door for wheelchairs). A master suite (with shower and toilet) above the kitchen, then another floor which has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet: 3 families can therefore live together with great comfort.
You will find all the necessary childcare equipment (high chair, 2 cots with sheets, toilet reducer, baby cutlery, small bath, stroller, bike seat, etc.), as well as games and books for all ages.
Numerous secure cycle paths in front of the house which take you along the ocean to the Place de la Parée at 2km (bakery, bike rental, children's merry-go-round, wine cellar, bars, restaurant, open-air concerts in summer...), or to the town centre of Bretignolles at 2.9km (covered food market all year round and large summer market, tourist office, media library, hyper U ...) .
By bike on the tracks, on the pedestrian paths or by car heading north: wild coast between dunes, forest and Jaunay river (canoe base) towards Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (large beach 8km away)
Heading south: the 5 other beaches of Bretignolles, the wines of Brem sur Mer, the marshes and the forest of Olonne, then Port Olonna for the Vendée Globe and the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne (21km away).

In case of rain, our many board games, books, TV and internet access will make you wait for the return of the sun on our aptly named coast of light.

Location de 3/4 jours qui s'est très bien passée. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et flexibles. La maison est très bien située (proche de la plage) et agréable à vivre pour des vacances. Axe d'amélioration : peut-être prévoir quelques travaux de finitions ou de fonctionnement du matériel mis à disposition. Mais je recommande vivement.

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille. Endroit tranquille , les enfants peuvent jouer aisément et la petite place attenante à la maison offre un espace de sécurité . Nous avons apprécié les balades en vélo avec les pistes cyclables à proximité.
