Helpful and friendly host and great location.

Great accommodation. The host is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is also perfect, near the city center and the train station.

The only downside for me was that the single bed was a bit uncomfortable and small.

The hotel is very nice. The host is extremely professional and polite. The room is very good and at one block from the train Station. The property is also located within walking distance of the city center. The building is new.

I liked everything, but I would suggest the hotel provide smaller pillows, if possible.

Best value around. The cost to quality ratio is the best. The service is the best. It’s hard to find any cheaper and more hospitable places in Velingrad or anywhere in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 for these prices. I enjoyed the hospitality immensely.

A super clean and relaxing stay right near the train station

We arrived to a super clean and pleasant apartment and Ivan, who was friendly and helpful. There was also a lovely free espresso coffee machine available in the reception area, along with a washing machine & dryer. The location is great, very close to the train station, which suited us perfectly. Thanks Ivan!

Excellent Standard of property, close to the centre of the town. the Host Ivan was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay, Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day... this is a great place to stay.

Sparkling new extra clean place in Velingrad.

Sparkling clean and new, our king room was very reasonably priced and include a separate bathroom and living room/kitchen area. Everything was carefully planned i.e. extra towels, convenient outlets, good shower. There was a espresso coffee machine available on the first floor. The staff member met us when we arrived and gave us a choice of rooms. We picked one facing the courtyard rather than the street and it was quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed the balcony. The location (across from the train station and very close to the center) was perfect for us, because we were traveled by train. It's also next to the market where locals sell homemade cheeses and fresh vegetables.

Really it is a great place and perfect for us. No complaints. Maybe people would like to know that the location is directly across from the train station, not quite where Booking puts the pin.
