The view from the balcony was exceptional. The room was basic but comfortable. There was a shared tea/coffee station in the hallway with chinaware, tea/coffee, and fresh fruits. There was a staircase next to the house leading straight down to Borov Park and the city centre. The park is beautiful and a mineral swimming pool was just 5 minute away.
Could not find the place the first time. Had to call the owner.

Тихо и спокойно място.
Много удобно местоположение на къщата встрани от градския шум и същевременно недалеч от център, спирки и гара.
Невероятна гледка от терасата на стаята! Велинград и околностите като на длан!
Перфектна чистота в стаята, банята, терасата. Голяма стая, удобно легло, дивани и маса, хладилник и телевизор.
В коридора на разположение за гостите кафе-машина, 3в1, горещ шоколад, плодове, бонбони, диспенсър за вода.

Prprietatea este situata foarte aproape de centru orasului si de alte puncte de interes. In apropiere se afla si doua parcuri.
Camera are un balcon generos si aer conditionat. Masina am putut-o parca pe strada, fara probleme, existand loc destul. Am avut la dispozitie apa, cafea, ceai, mere , cirese, bomboane, jeleuri. Gazda e foarte amabila, atenta la nevoile clientilor. Daca voi avea ocazia, voi reveni cu placere.
Nu este un punct negativ, dar ar fi trebuit un feigider mai mare, cu congelator. Dusul se face direct pe podeaua baii, neexistand un spatiu adecvat.
