We didn’t understand that the 3rd bed was the pull-out couch in the living room. But, we were able to hang-out in the sunroom, and let the couch sleeper have some privacy. But, perhaps more clarity in the listing would help. Guest note book had out of date listings, need directions for the shower.

The location was very nice, quiet, and had minimal traffic. The cabin was very spacious, with all the amenities you could ever need. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The jetted tub and steam shower were amazing. The heated bathroom floors were a welcome touch on a cold morning. It seems the owner thought of everything.
