L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la place Saint-Marc. L’ascenseur pour accéder au 3ᵉ étage est un vrai plus, très rare à Venise. L’appartement est calme et spacieux, et les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques.
L’appartement manque un peu d’entretien. Cependant, notre hôte a été très réactif et a tout fait pour corriger les problèmes rencontrés. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour.
