Sea View Tower - 33rd Floor l Parking l Mamad

The location is ideal as it's next to multiple BatYam area beaches as well as a road full of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries to visit. We spent a great deal of time walking along the beach. The apartment is roomy and comfortable which was very important for our 3 week stay and a big difference from many of the properties we looked at in Israel. The price we paid was a great value for what we received and the hosts were very responsive to our needs and issues. The apartment came with two parking spots which is also a huge benefit in the area where it's not uncommon to see people parked on the sidewalks.

It would have been nice to have a second fob or key to enter the building but we came up with a workaround. There wasn't gym access which was only an issue when we first arrived and there were several days of cold and rainy weather.

Very spacious, clean and new apartment with a great view. Plenty of room for the whole family. We especially liked the huge balcony where you have a fantastic view over Tel Aviv and the sea. The apartment has 2 comfortable bathrooms, which was very convenient, and a designated parking place. Orian is a fantastic host and responded immediately to our questions. The information from him was very clear and accurate. Highly recommended!

Bat Yam and especially this area is (in the middle of) a construction zone. There are new higrises being built everywhere.This means that there is construction work around the building from early in the morning till late in the evening. Something to take into account if you are looking for a quiet holiday.

Communication with the property owner was pleasantly intuitive, available 24/7. Lovely apartment with 3 double beds. 2 balconies. Just bring things and enjoy.
