Welcome to Ben’s View Lake House, the ultimate destination for families and groups looking to create lasting memories. Our spacious 5,260 square foot home, featuring two fully-equipped kitchens, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large gatherings.
Exclusive Amenities for a Memorable Stay:
- Luxurious Master Suite: The master suite offers deck access, a Jacuzzi tub, a stand-up shower, and ample closet space for a truly luxurious experience.
- Connectivity: Stay connected and entertained with satellite internet and TV, ensuring you have access to your favorite shows and online content.
- Waterfront Leisure: Our large dock includes one covered boat parking and one additional spot, a jet ski ramp, a paddleboat, and paddleboards.
- Pontoon boat and Jet Ski Rental: Deposit needs to be made 60 days prior to stay

• 3 Days: $700 (8-hour total run time)
• 5 Days: $850 (10-hour total run time)
• 7 Days: $1,000 (12-hour total run time)
• Extra Hours: $75/hour
• Refundable Deposit: $500
All rentals include a full tank of gas and must be returned with at least a 1/4 tank.
Rental Requirements
• Must be 21+ to operate any watercraft (valid driver’s license required)
• Prior experience operating a boat or jet ski is required
• Liability waiver must be signed before rental
Deposit Information
All deposits are fully refundable if the equipment is returned in the same condition it was received.

The home was SO amazing for our family. The house was well- stocked. Also, the whole family enjoyed the entertainment amenities - but especially the kids. They camped out in the basement almost the whole trip while the adults relaxed and napped upstairs. :)

Our whole group commented on how this home was the most thoughtfully well-stocked rental we'd seen, especially the kitchen! Such attention to detail throughout - felt like hugs whenever we discovered another surprise (like frosted mugs in the freezer, a blow dryer, cooking seasonings galore, an air fryer!, s'mores skewers, nostalgic CD player! and CDs...) The location was convenient, easily accessible, but remote enough to feel like we were on a private lakeside property The Fall views were lovely through the walls of windows and from the deck that runs along the entire length of the house.It was such fun to play pool, table tennis, and air hockey with all the guys who would rather be competing than sitting around talking! :) We enjoyed a good balance of shared activity, leisurely meals around the table, fireside conversations, and quiet alone or couple-time in our separate rooms. We loved staying here! There was so much room to spread out. The pontoon boat and the paddle boat were our favorites. Great location. The only issue we had was that we were unaware of how steep the slope was to the water. All of the steps definitely made it bearable but one of us had mobility issues and it was a difficult climb for her.

Great location, very peaceful at night. Lake was so much fun for everyone, you could fish, swim, or just relax on the dock. We loved just sitting down at the water watching the ducks. At night you can relax in the hot tub. Great place to stay and the host was so helpful. I highly recommend this lake house and will return again.
