About this house rental
As soon as you enter, you discover beautiful living spaces designed to share real moments together: a large living room and a friendly dining room, open to a kitchen full of charm in the typical style of the region.
You will find everything you need to prepare good meals. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (doses not provided).
On the first floor, you will find a comfortable first suite with its private bathroom including shower, bathtub and double sink, as well as a private toilet.
Opposite, after the laundry room containing washing machine and dryer and toilets, you will find a children's bedroom with two bunk beds.
Upstairs, three spacious double suites complete the house. Each allows you to enjoy your space while maintaining a warm and intimate atmosphere. The middle bedroom (No. 3) can be configured into two single beds.
A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
The house has air conditioning for more comfort in the hot season.
Outside: stone terrace for meals and aperitifs, or sunny poolside for relaxation (salt pool).
Ideally located between the vineyards of Saint-Émilion and the major tourist sites of the Dordogne, the house is an excellent starting point to discover the South-West: Saint-Émilion 15 minutes away, Bordeaux and Bergerac about 1 hour, Lascaux 1h30 by car.
Practical information:
• Parking possible for 3 cars in the garden.
• Internet via 5G box - No television.
• One dog can be accepted with an extra charge and only outdoors.

To travel light, we can prepare the beds before your arrival and provide linen (sheets, bath towels, pool towels, bath mats and dish towels) for the entire stay: 120 €.
To be paid directly to the concierge service before your arrival.

We had a fantastic week at Louis and Colombe’s property. They were such helpful hosts with plenty of tips on where to visit locally. We very much enjoyed drinking the wine grown in the vineyards around the house after visiting Leonor, who should be used as the actual definition of charming! The house is set up brilliantly for young families, we had one of the best weeks away we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, well-equipped and picturesque property in a charming rural location, close to local vineyards and within easy reach of Bordeaux.
We spent a lovely week in this rural idyll, chilling in the pool and lingering over long suppers. It was difficult to tear ourselves away from this luxury, to see some of the beautiful region of the Gironde, but we were glad that we did, to sample the local wines (particularly Pomerol) and to visit Bordeaux, whose centre has a Parisian air.
Contact with Louis the host was congenial and timely.
