Discover the unique charm of this restored mill, nestled in the heart of a preserved estate of 3 hectares (2 of which are enclosed 🌳), in Saint-Sulpice-de-Pommiers.
Between authenticity and serenity, it is the ideal place for a total disconnection with family or friends, only a few minutes from the Bordeaux vineyards 🍷.
🏡 We are pleased to welcome up to 12 people and your faithful companions are welcome (up to 2 pets 🐾).

- 1 large fitted kitchen with a beautiful fireplace in a friendly atmosphere
- 1 relaxing TV lounge with an insert
- 1 dining room with a wood stove
- 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer)
- a practical corner: a complete laundry room (washing machine & dryer) and toilet with washbasin
On the first floor 🛌:
- 2 mastersuites, each with a double bed and its own shower room
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 large, bright bathroom with 1 bath and 1 shower
- 1 toilet with a washbasin
On the second floor 🛌:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 dormitory area with 4 single beds
- 1 bathroom with a bathtubPGJyPg�PGJyPgGarden side: A private 🌳 natural setting
- 2 hectares of enclosed greenery
- 1 beautiful shaded terrace

- 1 relaxation area near the Vignague, our watercourse crossing the mill

Traveller access
The parking lot closed by a gate allows you to park up to 4 cars freely. We would like to point out that parking beyond the bricks on the ground is not permitted.
