About this house rental
We rent our lovely family home which consists of:
Inside: 100m² on one level, a large living room with open kitchen and a sofa bed for an extra bed, 1 master suite with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed, 1 third bedroom with 3 single beds: 2 bunk beds and 1 drawer bed, a second bathroom with shower and separate toilets.
Outside: a beautiful private swimming pool heated by salt surrounded by a large wooden terrace of 75m² facing south, a shaded dining area, a small garden to enjoy the grass and a large driveway to bring cars in or play ball.
The house is very well equipped because it is our main house: TV, Wifi, console, crockery, plancha...
The house is ideally located in Gujan Mestras 300 meters from the shops (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, pharmacy, creperie...), 1 km from Gujan train station (TER Arcachon-Bordeaux), 1km from the beach and the port of Larros where you can taste delicious oysters in an enchanting setting and discover the oyster museum.
You can also easily access the amusement parks of Gujan: Aqualand, La Coccinelle, KidParc, tree climbing...
Located in the heart of the Arcachon basin, there are many opportunities for walks (Arcachon, crossing the basin by boat, Pyla dune, etc.).
