The restaurant was good however if they could give us more options for breakfast, lunch, and inner would be even better. They have limited meal options.

There is nothing I disliked.

The setting,the pool, the restaurant, awesome is an understatement

No access to the beach

I had an excellent stay! The service was outstanding—staff were attentive and welcoming. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the location couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

Electricity issue but we had back up generators

The search for a facility and Booking process is smooth and very convenient. The swiming pool was great and the apartment spacious. The transfer to the facility was provided and dinner was organised for us as we arrived at night.

1.The facility claimed to be at beach front at the Booking website but physically it is not. We had to walk to the beach about 1 and 1/2km and the sun was unbearable along the way. Booking.com need to be verifying the details keyed in by the facilities to avoid cases of misinformation 2. The facility claimed to have air conditioning but only the master bedroom had a functioning airconditioner. The living room airconditioner was faulty and the other bedrooms had fans. The fans are not adequate for good cooling given the weather in that region at that part of the year. 3. Some of the toilets were not working 4. Some of the staff demonstrated questionable integrity and were inflexible and unhelpful. 5. The overall service was disjointed as the apartment is in a large complex where some apartments are owned by a different service provider from the one I booked the apartment with. I therefore could not get some of the services I needed as quickly since the resident office is under a different management.
