Calmness,Supportive staff despite the challenges

Rooms need some renovations

Their food is Soo good

The swimming pool is not clean, slippery wall tiles and untreated water

1. The staff were amazing and professional. All my concerns were addressed immediately & their suggestions on places to visit were very helpful. 2. I had a wonderful 5-night stay that felt like home and I would definitely return. 3. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious with good portions. 4. The swimming pool was accessible 24 hours for adults, which was a great bonus. 5. The environment was quiet and peaceful, with no noise at all. 6. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach (not beachfront) and is conveniently located along the main road with easy access to public transport.

1. No outdoor water taps to rinse off sand after the beach, which would help keep bathrooms clean. 2. Limited pool floaters; adding more would improve availability. 3. The toilet flush and shower knobs were difficult to use and could be replaced.

Staff went all out to make the guests feel comfortable but facilities had a lot of limitations. We checked late bt the manager arranged for tea to be prepared for us. Three nights in a Dtarndsrd

AC never worked. Flooded bathroom. Drinking water not supplied unless you requested. Went for 2 days without drinking water supply. Never used the swimming pool as it was dirty. Didn't witness any cleaning for 3 days I stayed there. No safe custody facility for guests documents. There were mosquitoes and the nets were undersize. No water drinking glasses in the room. Inadequate Water pressure in the bathrooms. No hot water in bathroom showers. Dinning facilities are makeshift. The hotel looks NEGLECTED by the Management.
