Villa Venus in Penisola sorrentina

We stayed at the villa with seven friends, and the experience was close to perfect. The villa is situated in an incredibly beautiful location, offering complete privacy in an authentic setting. Every time we woke up or came back to the villa, we found ourselves admiring the stunning views and breathtaking sunsets in the evenings. There was plenty of space even for a group of our size, and the pool area was wonderful. The small village of Termini is only a short walk away. We were able to find everything we needed for breakfast and lunch from the local grocery store. We also visited a few really lovely restaurants in the area. There is a bus from the village to the center of Sorrento, and it ran exactly on schedule. The journey took about 45 minutes. The scenery in the area is so beautiful that even the bus ride itself was a pleasure, as we spent the whole trip admiring the spectacular views. A special thank you goes to the incredibly helpful hosts, who responded to messages very quickly, provided assistance and valuable tips both before and during our trip, and were an invaluable help in arranging transportation. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer than four nights. We will truly miss this place ❤️

The hosts were great! Met us and personally walked thru the villa. The home is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town which was EXACTLY what we wanted. Not only is the property HUGE, the pool was perfect and the overlook on the top deck, WOW, that view! We found the pictures to be very accurate as to what we saw and the small town within a 2 minute walk was so nice. If you are looking to get some exercise just a walk up the road towards the old church offered amazing views along the Almalfi coast.

If you are looking for the busy city crowded vibe than you will be disappointed, BUT, if you want to relax with some of the most incredible views and small town feel you have found the right place. It is just a short 25 minute ride to Sorrento in order to soak up that busy.

Beautiful spot and great views. We have stayed in hundreds of properties over the years and in many ways this is the best place we have ever stayed. They arranged a boat with skipper for us to go to Capri, also a visit to a farm, and they personally conducted a cooking class at the villa which was wonderful. They are such nice people.

The only thing I can think of that might be an issue for some people is location. We liked the remoteness, it was near the little village of Termini and you could walk there in 5-10 minutes. We took a van taxi from Sorrento which worked great. They set up everything for us
