The layout
Casa Del Capitano is designed on a single level, with an additional independent garden suite for extra privacy:
Main level: a contemporary living space with two sofas, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area overlooking the gardens and sea, framed by a signature palette of blue and green majolica and white walls. It features three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in rain shower, plus a service bathroom.
Garden suite: accessed via approximately ten steps to a lower level, with a private double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a secluded patio overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
Your private outdoor sanctuary
Step outside into Mediterranean gardens designed for relaxation. Cool off in the private heated pool, framed by sun loungers, large umbrellas and an expansive lawn for sunbathing, or gather on the shaded patio for al fresco dining beside the barbecue area.
Pool heating is available between April 1st and June 15th and from September 15th to October 30th, on request and at no additional cost (max 28°C).

Arrival and Check-In Information
Check-in / Check-out: personal check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
Accessibility: due to the hilltop setting and the steps leading to the garden suite, the villa is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Parking: a spacious private parking area is available on site.
City tax: €3 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.

The property is suitable for intimate celebrations and weddings, subject to prior approval.
All event planning and coordination are managed exclusively through the Feeling Italy Concierge team, in collaboration with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately.

Lovely Villa with breathtaking views. Newly renovated and well stocked. Feeling Italy management staff is top notch and made our stay even better. Don’t hesitate to book dinner in-Villa as our experience bested the finest restaurants during our trip. Weather was cool during our stay and pool heater not able to keep up, so keep that in mind of planning a trip for spring or later in the fall.

Incredible views from the pool area overlooking Capri, the Gulf of Naples and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The pool was warm when we visited in early October. My wife and I opted to book a private chef through the property manager, Feeling Italy. It was excellent - Gennaro cooked us an amazing and romantic dinner paired with a lovely local wine. The location and proximity to Sorrento, and the beach in Marina del Cantone was excellent. We visited several local restaurants that were all delicious. We recommend Eughenes.

The well appointed property is settled on the top of a hill giving the most amazing views 360 degrees from where you stand in the yard, bringing a calmness to the soul. The interior is kept very clean and all bedrooms have an en-suite. Our concierge, Feeling Italy, was available to our concerns and needs!

Incredible 360 degree views of Capri and Naples. Gianluca was wonderful—helped us book dinner every night with private shuttles to and from the property.
