Casa Del Capitano is a former farmhouse reimagined into a luxurious coastal villa, featuring panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, Capri Island, and the Mediterranean Sea. With its sophisticated interiors and stunning outdoor spaces, this villa blends rustic charm with contemporary elegance, making it a perfect hillside getaway.
Feeling Italy is also a concierge agency. We select the best services and suppliers to ensure our guests an unforgettable travel experience. We can organize any type of activity or service for our guests, from home grocery delivery to a dinner prepared in the villa by our Chef, to a fun Pizza Party with pizzas made by our Pizzaiolo, boat trips to Capri, Positano, or Amalfi with pick-up from the villa, airport transfers, local transfers, and private van tours of the Coast and Pompeii.

Main Living Space: Casa Del Capitano is designed on a single level, with an additional garden suite for added privacy. The main entrance opens to a contemporary-designed living space, furnished with two stylish sofas, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a dining area with a cozy fireplace overlooking the gardens and sea views. A signature colour scheme of blue and green majolica and white walls creates a serene Mediterranean ambiance.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The main villa offers three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in rain showers and stocked with luxurious toiletries. A service bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. The garden suite includes a private double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a secluded patio with views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

Casa Del Capitano’s outdoor spaces are crafted for relaxation and enjoyment.
Patio and Gardens: The villa’s shaded patio is furnished for lounging and al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue area. The Mediterranean gardens extend to a pool area with a heated pool, furnished with sun loungers, large umbrellas, and an expansive lawn perfect for sunbathing and unwinding.

Incredible views from the pool area overlooking Capri, the Gulf of Naples and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The pool was warm when we visited in early October. My wife and I opted to book a private chef through the property manager, Feeling Italy. It was excellent - Gennaro cooked us an amazing and romantic dinner paired with a lovely local wine. The location and proximity to Sorrento, and the beach in Marina del Cantone was excellent. We visited several local restaurants that were all delicious. We recommend Eughenes.

The well appointed property is settled on the top of a hill giving the most amazing views 360 degrees from where you stand in the yard, bringing a calmness to the soul. The interior is kept very clean and all bedrooms have an en-suite. Our concierge, Feeling Italy, was available to our concerns and needs!

Incredible 360 degree views of Capri and Naples. Gianluca was wonderful—helped us book dinner every night with private shuttles to and from the property.

The villa was really well appointed and looked even better than the pictures. Had everything we needed and the views were incredible. The Feeling Italy team were super helpful arranging day trips and offering great restaurant recommendations. Nerano is lovely and a few local restaurants offer taxi services which is great. Would love to return soon.
