Villa Rosanto by Espresso Rentals

Villa is spacious and well equipped with kitchenware, beds, towels etc. Located within reasonable distance of locations such as the Amalfi coast and Naples. The annex is very useful when visiting with groups that want a bit of privacy in the evenings. Lots of outdoor facilities as well. Pool is actually larger than it looks in the photos.

The sitting room/lounge only has a single 2 seat sofa, which is a bit ridiculous for a villa of up to 10 people. While there is ample outsidw seating, it would be nice to be able to sit inside as well, especially as the evenings are much colder this time of year (Oct). The Villa charges a late fee for arrivals after 10pm. While this itself wasn't really a problem, we were nonetheless annoyed when our "host", despite being paid extra for our slightly late arrival, only gave us a very brief rundown of the villa and its facilities, and seemed much more interested in quickly grabbing our money and leaving. The wifi was not working for the entire visit, and despite several promises to provide an alternative to allow us to get online, the host did not actually do so, ignoring follow up messages and making excuses. We were not told how to operate the hot tub, despite asking how to do so, the host claimed not to know and said that it was not actually a hot tub anyway, so we did not end up using it. There was a dead mouse in the swimming pool so we did not use that either. The washing machine in the upper villa did not work, though we were able to use the one in the annex. Several lights were also not working both inside and outside the villa. They were also very stingy with toilet paper, forcing us to buy our own after just two days. The mid week clean was ultimately a bit pointless. We had to leave a key outside for the cleaners (risking our belongings if someone else found it, there was no lockbox or other safe place), as for some reason they did not have their own. They also did not really do much beyond making the beds and removing the trash, we found dirt in the sinks so they clearly were not actually cleaned. When I tried to bring my concerns to the main company, they offered no apology for the lack of support by their host, only copy-pasting a reply and then ignoring my following message.

Everything is good about this place and there are lot of facilities like AC, refrigerator , pool , Jaccuci , kitchen setup, washing machine, iron box, hair dryer, etc...it is a very good place for a family or friends of a bigger group stay.

It is bit outer and you might need private vehicle for frequent travel to the property

Kitchen size number of bathrooms, free parking for a large van.

Kitchen was not equipped with a cutting knife and a small frying pan. Dark steps going downstairs.

It’s a spacious villa

The beds are really hard, not enough pillows, and the are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall we felt the place hadn’t been used for a while. The kitchen appliances toaster and coffee machine didn’t work - so the were replaced. Swimming pool is not heated nor the spa, so as it was still a little cold they didn’t get used.
