L'arrivée au riad s'est très bien passée. On peut arriver en autonome ou en contact avec le personnel. Nous avons pu être accueillis.
L'appartement est vaste, il contient un très grand salon, 2 grandes chambres dont une avec une douche, chaque chambre disposant d'un grand lit. Il y a une douche en plus, et une pièce avec un jacuzzi privatif. La toilette est séparée de la douche.
Et il y a une cuisine avec réfrigérateur.
Le personnel est très aimable, à l'écoute. On se sent bien.
On a le choix entre petit-déjeuner marocain ou occidental. La qualité et la quantité sont très bonnes.
Nos enfants ont bien profité de la piscine qui est vraiment chauffée. La température était très bonne. Des serviettes de bain sont mises à disposition.
Les chambres sont refaites tous les jours donc quand on rentre, tout est propre. C'est très appréciable. Ça n'est plus toujours le cas dans l'hôtellerie de nos jours.
En bref, pour un séjour détente à Marrakech pour un budget correct, on recommande !
Il y avait du gel douche mais pas de shampoing pour les cheveux, mais ça n'est pas très grave.
