Great location in a quiet residential area, lovely sea view. Property was perfect for us, clean , comfy, good shower and well equipped with a lovely balcony.

The view from the decking balcony is absolutely stunning and the layout of the property was perfect. The location was lovely, set in a quiet residential area away from the noise. 5 minute drive into Looe harbour.
It’s a real, real shame that the owner doesn’t read or has chose not to act on the negative comments on here, as there are several. The shower in the bathroom desperately needs either replacing or certainly a deep clean - it really wasn’t good. All the pans in the kitchen were old, stained and scratched which really put us off cooking anything. No cheese grater 🤷♂️ and poor knives for slicing and dicing salad etc. The 18 steps up to the entrance are tricky to navigate as there’s no handrail which we found odd.
