Very nice country feel, great views and nice garden. Location lovely if a bit remote but buses close by to all areas. Everything you need for a break away in lovely surroundings

Good location. House with plenty of character. Lovely artwork in side. Out door grass area great for kids.
A number of basics that were just not good for the price. Extremely limited kitchen items. More toilets in the property than cooking pans. Very few utensils. Duvet covers wrong sized with duvet. Absolutely loads of cobwebs. I think there was a cleaning staff issue when we’re there. If you’re not keen on spiders then just avoid.

The property is in a great location for Staithes Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Lots of room in the property and was very warm and cosy. Good kitchen facilities just short on cupboard storage space for self catering. Lovely view from the enclosed garden and beyond. Great walks from the property too.
The only thing would be the upstairs en-suite should have at least a towel rail as nowhere to hang damp towels.
